Volume Delta
Settings:
Delta Type:
– Cumulative = Delta does not reset.
– Session = Delta resets at the start of every session.
– Bar = Delta resets at the start of every bar.
– Swing = Delta resets at the start of every swing.
Size Filter = Minimum trade size to be accounted for in the delta calculation.
Match Bar Width = True allows the candles/bars to batch the width of the bar allowing for gaps; False connects the candles/bars to each other allowing no gap.
Filter Type:
– Divergence = When price makes HH/LL and Delta makes LL/HH. (All variations HH/LH/LL/HL)
– HighDelta = When delta of bar is greater than Bar Delta Calc.
– HighDeltaPriceExtension = When delta of bar is greater than Bar Delta Calc; and bar made a price extension (wick) in the opposite direction.
Bar Delta Calc:
– AverageRange = Uses the average range of delta with a multiplier to determine the high delta threshold.
– UpperLowerValue = User defined values for upper and lower values to determine the high delta threshold.
